Returns and Refunds

Currently, we are not accepting any returns at our Naperville location. Once an item is paid for and has left the boutique, it cannot be returned. No refunds will be given unless an extenuating circumstance presents itself, for which the appropriate steps will be taken. 


Yoomna's Boutique presents its customer base with the convenience of in-house alterations, for which additional charges will be collected. These additional charges will be decided upon the amount of alteration which needs to be done. We ask our customers to expect a minimum of 2 days for an alteration to be completed. 


Unless the item is a bridal piece, we ask the customer to make their payment in full at the time of the purchase. For custom bridal pieces, a deposit must be given at the time of the initial purchase; this amount is dependent on the piece's full price. Once the item is ready to be picked up, the remainder of the price must be paid. 

We accept all forms of major credit cards, check, and cash. 

Custom Orders

At Yoomna's Boutique, we pride ourselves on our expansive designer circuit in which customers have the ability to place customized orders according to their preferences. This requires shipment back to the original designer in Pakistan. We ask that customers anticipate a minimum of 4 weeks of production time when placing a custom order.
